Moving to Canada
Many students may find moving to Canada to be extremely worthwhile and exciting. There are beautiful reefs, interesting animals, and thousands of memories to be made. This is especially true for those who are adventurous and willing to try new experience.
Whether students want to move to Canada for school or for future work, they must first obtain a visa in order to live and work here. There are many type of visas available for students who would like to visit Canada to choose from.
Some of these include:
Postgraduate Research (Applies to Masters by Research or doctoral degree)
Vocational Education and Training
Primary or Secondary School Courses
Higher Education ( Applies to Bachelor degree, associate degree, graduate certificate, Masters by coursework, etc)
Non-Award
Another option includes parental guardian visas. In this case, a parent or guardian is granted to live and work in Canada while the student he/she is responsible for attends classes. After applying for and obtaining a Canadian visa, which can be done either online or through postal mail, and may take anywhere from 3 weeks to 12 months, a student can then start to decide where he or she would like to live, attend school, and work in this country.
